Weird white discoloration

ooop. nvm, wiped with (ro) water as good as new with (mf) cloth.
wonder what kind of leather this is... seems like full-aniline type, water just get absorbed so quickly into the leather.
how to care for this type of leather?
can/need-to use (horsehair) brush or not?
