Please help me solve this mystery and figure out what to do.
I pulled out these shoes from my closet and found them with weird discolorations and stains. They were worn twice, mostly indoors (you can tell how little they've been worn by the soles). There was no damage from wear. It somehow happened during the time it was stored. The shoes were kept in the original Louboutin box, in tissue (as pictured), on a top shelf inside my walk in closet alongside several other pairs of Louboutins stored the same way. No other shoes have any signs of damage!!
Have any of you had this happen before??
Is this a flaw with the material? A defect? Any chance of me being able to fix it? Any way Louboutin will do anything about this? Please help.
