My ladies,

i found today a pair of beautiful 18karat yellow gold hoops...exactly the one i was looking for since long time!!!!
I tried them on, they are beautiful!!!! my only doubt is the weight:
both together weight 30gr (15gr each)...i do not know, if it is too heavy???
I would like to wear them every day...for the 10min i tried, they didnt feel heavy, but my usual pair of earrings are about 15gr together...

Please let me know what you think!!!!

TIA

If they seem to be tugging at your ear, I would pass. My mom and many women her age no longer have 'holes' for piercings-- they look more like vertical 'lines' due to wearing heavier earrings often.

15 grams is pretty heavy for an earring. If you do choose to wear them, make sure they have a supportive back! I think the wider the back, the better they'll be supported and not stretch the earlobe.

15 grams is way to heavy for an earring in my opinion. Your ears are going to hurt at the end of the day...and not in a nice way. I had earrings that were 10 grams each. They were fine so long as I wore them no longer than 2 hours. But I died wearing them all day. You cannot get the true feeling of the weight by wearing them for only 10 minutes. Everything feels fine for 10 minutes. I ultimatly sold mine. I couldn't put another earring in my ears for days after I killed my lobes with the 10gr earrings.
