soleil - i don't have cobblestone streets near me but having worn them around the house they are moderately comfortable. i just got them so haven't worn them out yet, but i will probably wear them tomorrow to a dinner. i think with an insole they would be great. the sizing seems to be tts, if that helps as well. they are GORGEOUS in person.
