Wearing the Roxy across your body?

Hiya All!

I'm just curious if anyone wears their Roxys across their bodies? If so do you have any pics and is it comfy?

If I wanted to do this would I be right in thinking I would contact Mulberry and ask for a replacement strap for a Seth?

I do, in theory, but not all that often. It's not the most comfortable bag wearing it that way as it's so wide.

I usually carry it in the crook of my arm but always keep the strap in the bag (which doesn't help with the weight ). If I'm out shopping, I just whip out the strap, wear the bag messenger style and have two hands free for carrying shopping bags Smaller girls manage perfectly with the Roxanne on the shoulder but not me

And, yes, I did get a replacement strap for a Seth

Ah thanks for the hints ladies, I've just been looking through the Catwalk thread, any excuse, and saw your pics ditab. You wear the bag really well, and it looks great with the Seth strap. I may have to enquire as to cost, do u have any ideas?

I love my Roxy but find her hard work to wear cuz of the weight and bulk, maybe this would mean I got more use out of her?

It was £50 but I figured I'd also use it with my Emmy (I haven't, though ).

I like ur thinking! Maybe if I get one I can get a Emmy so that I can get more use from the strap worth a try.

About a week,I think. That said, the first one they sent wasn't the right one - it was an oak Martha strap (had a little bit of leather on the end and a small thin buckle). I wanted the chunkier man's strap - have a look at Goldfinch's on her photo in this thread:
