My SA frequently wears a 20 motif as belt. Does anyone else wear as a belt? If so, can you please share if you have any issues with damage? Photos would be great!

Is your SA the woman at Neimans in Fashion Island (which is no longer there). She used to wear the YG-Hammered Vintage Alhambra?
I loved it on her, but I wonder if she ever wore it outside of NM, as I’d be too afraid it would rip.
I don't have a 20 motif and while I would love to see it being worn as a belt (I bet it looks really cool), I'd never be able to stop worrying about it getting caught on something as I walked by and breaking. Maybe a VCA boutique is a less hazardous work environment!
I suspect it would have the same issue as wearing a 5 motif with the extra motif dangling, except in this case, multiple motifs would be dangling so it'll be even harder on the clasp.
I would’ve never thought to wear it as a belt until I saw this thread! So I tried it and I love the look!! This is the 20 motif in chalcedony.
In no word of mine would a 20 wrap around my waist. I’d break it in a second. But I think it is a beautiful look.

A 20 motif is 34" long, so it would work worn on the waist. However, I personally think it's a bit tacky looking.
To me, it looks like one is trying too hard to be fashionable with logo looks, which then the true fashionta look is lost.

Personally I thought it was a really fun way to wear this piece! 
And thank you @Buddysmom for this thread, as I never would’ve thought of it! As far as the “logo look”, I don’t frankly see a difference between wearing a very recognizable Alhambra piece around my neck, on my ears, on my finger, on my wrist, or around my waist. But to each her own!
