Wear and Tear of Gucci Marmont Camera bag?

Hi, I’m considering to buy the marmont camera bag and the leather seems soft... Pls share your experiences with wear and tear after months or years. Thanks!

I have the marmont mini on a chain and the leather is super soft. It does feel luxurious, but it does scratch very easily. I’ve used it a handful of times (stored when not in use) and every time I use it there’s more and more marks on the leather.

I have had a different experience. I have had mine for 2 years, I am not super delicate and it looks great to me and I am very picky about the condition of my bags

I own the Marmont backpack. I am very careful with my bags this bag looks pristine still, it was purchased about a year and a half ago. Just take care, do not ever let your bag scrap up against anything, do not put it on the ground or floor. I use Caddilac Leather conditioner on my bags every few months. Buy the bag, you will love it.

I super love it... I tried looking for crossbody bags in LV but it’s just not my style... The price is way expensive too and it’s just canvas. Do you think it will leave marks if it’s placed against jeans?

this post is old, but adding my opnion, no scratch , yes it is a lambskin very soft bag but no wear and tear and one of most used bag along with ysl camera bag(mni lou)
