Congrats on your new house! I love the surroundings, very nature-like, and the inside is so cozy and comfy! Since you mentioned updating the kitchen a little, might I suggest granite counter tops? I think that will add a special touch to your really cute kitchen. :biggrin:

Oh, Roo, congrats! The house looks wonderful, and I love the setting. Your little fur baby will love it. 1,500 square feet is a great size. We've got 2,500 right now, and even with two kids at home, sometimes it's a bit much (especially for keeping clean!). Good luck on a quick sale for your condo.

Congratulations Roo. It looks like a great place. The property looks beautiful.:yes:

But with the scary windstorms the past few months have you checked out the trees on the property? Tall trees falling down have been on my mind since those storms.:sad:
