Did you check on the charms when you called? They deleted all of the initial charms with silver hardware also. I love the watermelon, I had to pick it up myself!
I just called again this morning and they have the M charm!! They didn't last weekend... So I've got that on hold too!! Happy day for me!! Now I just hope they have some other initials so I can get some for my friends!!
