According to Steven Levitt (admittedly, he's a U Chicago economist and not a nutrionist), there is no real scientific proof that drinking more than 8 glasses of water a day has any benefit to your health. Cited from his book, Freakonomics. I SUCK at drinking water. A big part of that is because I feel like I (excuse me) pee it out immediately! I can't imagine drinking as much water as some of you ladies do. I would have to leave class 5 times in an hour! Plus, I hate public restrooms. How do you copy with your bladder?!
