Watch with leather band: Panthere or Tank Franchise?

I am debating between these two watches, in stainless steel with diamond bezel. I am thinking to get the leather band just for a different look from my other watches. Both pictures are for gold watches but I will get stainless for budget reasons

Which do you prefer?

I prefer the shape of the panthere personally but these are both amazing and classic shapes that won't look dated anytime soon imo. I do think the tank francaise is a tiny bit more modern looking (the more boxy shape) while the panthere is more classic looking. I have a 20 something year old santos in a bigger size that was passed down to me from my dad, which is more similar in silhouette to the panthere, and I love it! Though mine definitely has more cool/masculine vibes, while the ones with diamonds you picked out are def more feminine.

can you remove the metal straps from any Panthere to add a leather strap like this? love it so much!
