 Hey,

recently I had a vintage Tank repaired and I was totally shocked when they did that for free  even if they exchanged some parts and did some minor repairs.

Some of my other SAs could not believe that and I thought this is just because I am such a good customer - I said good not valuable

Now I have other proof - which I am sry not being allowed to post here - that this happend not only to me.

This is just fyi if you ever need to do such.

I had my roadster serviced in late 2020. The acid from the battery had leaked into the watch. My service was also complimentary. I believe also due to my amazing SA. :) Of course I took the funds I would have spent on repair to purchase more Cartier items.

Good to know - I just shipped my watch in for a battery change using Cartier's packaging that was sent per their 1-800 number and perhaps it will also be complimentary as it was when I got maintenance performed on it 5 years ago.

I was impressed with the packaging they gave me - very secure and well-cushioned with 2-day shipping.

Yes, I am always impressed by these shipping packages. What was astonishing on my repair that it was a 30 year old vintage watch and I didn't even buy it from a Cartier boutique.
