hmmm... this makes me a little bit nervous! A SA suggested i send my first coach bag in for repairs, but.... if i might not get it back, i don't think i want to do that!!
The letter states that the customer has 30 days to decide if he/she would prefer to have their bag back in place of the letter. The SA failed to mention this to the OP and made it seem like it was gone already.Ditto!!!!!!!!
