Was a fuchsia color Bottega ever made?

I saw this color on ebay but is it legit?

I posted this on the authentication thread a while back and it was deemed authentic. Refer to page 231, posts #3451 and 3452.

The seller is not able to take photos of the back portion of the white tag for the experts to confirm the actual color name but boxermom thinks it's Quarzo.

If legit it must be from an older collection because I certainly haven't seen this color on a bag before!

Yes, it's old (1-2 years back). Did you buy it? I saw that the auction already ended.

I think it also has something to do with the lighting and the camera. It might not look exactly like that IRL (probably not as bright/fuschia).

If that is an attempt to photograph Quarzo, it is a total misrepresentation.

The fuchsia I remember from some seasons back is this one. I can't remember the name though...

I agree with you jburgh. Having seen Quarzo IRL, it's nowhere near "fuschia"... that was why I gave this auction a pass despite me really wanting it. It ended anyway.

The photo Mid just posted looks closer to the pouch. Does anyone know what it's called?

There was some discussion years back about a fuschia in I think the Fall/Winter 06 collection - that was way before my time knowing about BV but if you search back for "fuschia" in the BV forum some older pictures and discussion should come up. For some reason I think the name of the colour was "Purple" - but the description of it and the pictures I could see were definitely like this case.
