Dear Shoppers,
Just a quick warning about shopping on Yoox. Beware of their returns warehouse in NJ. They lost my return, and turn around to blame me! They refuse to refund it, saying they cant refund an item they did not receive. (Clever way of blaming the customer, eh?).
I hv shopped on Yoox for many years. Never had a problem until recently. Lots of new customer service people too, many of whom lack training. That could be the problem. No longer the reliable customer-oriented place it used to be. Now, their philosophy is ‘the customer is wrong’. (In addition, the woman who took my call coughed loudly into to phone, rattled the microphone loudly, did not even bother to mute from her end. Small detail, but shows the general attitude of this agent, perhaps reflects the general attitude of the dept?. It’s one thing to have a cold or flu, but when not, that action is just rude.)
