Canada, eh!
As if their fees weren't bad enough, PayPal now "retains" the $0.30 transaction fee when issuing a refund. I know it is not a lot but it can add up

I only found this out when I received a $5 payment from a buyer that was not funded from their bank account and refunded their payment asking them to resend the payment funded through a different way.

Little did I know, I should've just eaten the cost of the fees as issuing the refund cost me more than the original Paypal fees...

I wouldn't expect PP to return that $0.30 transaction fee kuz, refund or no refund, there was a transaction.
