no...it's more of a wristlet, but i guess if one is super skinny it could...but it wouldn't look right.

Also, how easily does the white multicolor get dirty?

You have to be very careful with it... denim, ink from magazines and newspapers, etc transfers to the canvas and shows on the white very easily. If you don't hold anything up against it you'll be fine!
