i am going to do some renovation of my home and am interested to use wallpaper from Hermes. Anyone using it now? any comment as to the quality? I went to see the sample...I believe there is no coating on the paper thus will it get dirty very easily and difficult to clean?

any thoughts and comments welcomed. Merry Xmas.

I have used their wallpaper. Have only had it up for one year but so far so good. But I have also chosen areas where it’s not as likely to get dirty. I would recommend ordering earlier if you are serious. I had some delays in some of the homeware stuff that I had ordered.

thanks for your thought. Yes, the ordering process takes long - it will have 2 months lead time even I order directly with FSH. But it should be fine because the renovation work has yet commenced. Thanks again.

I realized recently that I completely forgot to share the Hermes wallpaper I used in my powder room! I saw this wallpaper at a friend’s house and fell in love instantly. It is beyond stunning and a focal point in our house!

The pattern is called Promenade au Faubourg, and this is what H has to say behind the design elements:

“Architect and illustrator Nigel Peake goes for a walk around the Hermes flagship store in Promenade au Faubourg, conjuring up a dream-like world where a groom searches for his horse and caleche among a maze of architectural perspectives, flights of stairs and wrought-iron balustrades.”

My first visit to FSH was this year, and as I walked through the store, I was reminded of my gorgeous wallpaper. I love that I have a little piece of FSH in my house!

This is STUNNING! Looks so modern and chic and goes beautifully with the clean lines of your brass lamp and sink.
I would love to see more pics of Hermes wallpaper. I saw the Equateur one in the store, it's beautiful! Unfortunately I live in a rental and cannot wallpaper :(
