Can anyone recommend a good SA at Wall St that I can work with? I know some have recommended Giselle, but is there a second/third person that I can also work with in case she isn't around?

Also - does anyone know what Wall St's policies regarding phone orders are? If I shop in the store this one time, would they be willing to do an international phone order (I'm not in the US, have my own home store but I would like to keep my options open) in the future?

Wall st. accepts phone orders if you are a regular client already (in terms of kelly and birkin) it pays to help that you have a good SA there because they can tell you over the phone if they have anything special at the back :)
The only time you can do an international shipment is when you get to the store, fill out the form and then, they will do international shipping for you.
Sorry I cant disclose my SA's name as I might get into trouble, i never mention anything about TPF

Pyrexia, everyone who I have spoken to at Wall Street has been warm and friendly and very helpful. It's the most relaxed and welcoming Hermes store I have ever been to. I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding someone to work with.

You should send a PM to Pet Pringles; he shops there all the time, he pays their rent every month. They are going to rename the store the Hermes of Paris store that Pet Pringles built! He can help you.

You don't know how glad I am to hear that... all the SA's at my home store are fantastic so I am used to great service at H, but I've read all the horror stories about other unfriendly H SAs so I got a bit worried. Didn't want a bad H experience to ruin my vacation :push:

Avandome...you are so right...so Petpringles and family were just lucky for this timing! And this "timing" could have not been possible without this forum and its members as we did not even know there was a(n) H in Wall Street when we started our quest! And I ahve to say...they were the friendliest out of the bunch for us! Cheers!

Wall street SA's are great! They have been very helpful and particularly more down-to-earth/straightforward than at any other H store I've visited---and that's been alot recently! :)
