What a stunner! Holy cow, it's absolutely beautiful! Your setting is awesome, as well.
I am not sure my pics do the stone justice - but, I am a novice at jewelry photography...
The bands are 1 ctw, simple round brilliants and baguettes, set in white gold. I used to have a 6 prong mounting on my 1 ctw - for the 1.61 ctw I asked for the 4 prong mounting and I am really glad I did - you can really see the diamond better in the 4 prong.
Yes, I love my new stone, I really can't believe it is an I in color - it looks no warmer than my old F - I am a true believe in Cut being the most important "C" now.
As you can see I do kind of have sausage fingers, lol - so yes, I am very happy - I think it is a better match with my hand.
I will have to try to find the pics of my old diamond - (going to look now)

Yesterday before leaving for the jeweler I snapped the following off with my cell phone just in case I didn't have any saved photos of the old set...sorry for the quality of the cell phone pics -

Your wedding set is very cool. I've never seen anything quite like it and I just love it! Your new diamond looks HUGE! Congrats!!
Beautiful Ring! I do agree as well the CUT makes all the difference. I also have an I colored stone enagement ring.
