Vivienne wallet is melting

I got the Vivienne long wallet as a Christmas gift and have been using it for the past 3 weeks. All of a sudden the edges of the wallet have gone tacky and started rubbing/melting off! The removable pouch has also done the same thing and left marks inside the wallet.

Has anyone else had this issue with any of their LV items?

Really disappointed that this has happened as I thought the quality would be better than this.

Wow that is so bad :O I have no doubt they'd change that on the spot if you took it in right away. Good luck

They gave me a store credit instead of repairing.

I took my wallet into the store on the 4th of Feb and they said they would get back to me after 7 days... Finally heard back from them a few days ago (took them almost a month!)

Sadly it can't be repaired because it's defective but they have given me store credit to make up for it!
