ok so I have been on the hunt for a so black mini reissue , the SA in one store that didnt even have it told me I would have to come in because its a vip product so no phone orders BUT an SA in another state 3000 miles away is letting me do a phone order. So do VIP products vary store to store? im so curious

I think there’s supposed to be a rule about what can be ordered over the phone and what can’t. It’s not a VIP thing though.

@Cookiethedog so usually the bag is 4900 but because its SO BLACK it was 5300 (so black is more expensive for whatever reason)
I don’t think there are officially “VIP” products. Sometimes when a piece is in super high demand SAs need manager approval before reserving for a client, in that instance your purchase history comes into play as you are stacked against other clients who also want the bag. This not a regular occurrence though.
There’s sometimes a waitlist for mini classic bags, depending on your color preference, but I think it usually hinges more on when you joined the list and not how high your purchase history.
