Vinyl covered canvas Assist

The other day, while at the Dr., I saw a lady carrying what at first glance I thought to be a Fossil Key-per Shopper. She was too far away for me to approach and ask her what kind of purse she had, but it was beautiful. The only thing that was different really about it that I could see from a distance, that was the print. I was very bright, whimsical and floral. Definitely a vinyl covered canvas bag, but wasn't an Orla Kiely. Anyone have any thoughts on what it could have been?

@indiaink: When I first saw it, I could have bet $100 that it was a Fossil, but after looking and not finding one - I'm not so sure it was.

@mothbeast: Oohh, it wasn't a Franco, but I do LOVE those purses.
