I have had these gold watch keys for several years and am trying to learn more about them. I purchased at a post card show (of all places). They were keys to fancy watches from about 100 plus years ago. They are all 14k. The detail is just amazing. I actually wear them on a gold chain. They each have a loop so it is easy.

Just would love to know more about them. My research indicates that the is not much of a market for them in the United States. Appears England has more listed for sale.

The man I purchased them from really did not know much about them. Any information would very appreciated!

These keys were used to wind pocket watches before wristwatches became a thing in the early 20th Century. Every pocket watch came with its key. They were worn on a chain that was attached to the watch.
They are collectible as decorative objects, but are not worth much. I see them for sale at auction in France, where you can buy a handful for just a few euros. You can wear them on a chain, as you do, or make an arrangement of them in a shadow box.
Enjoy your fun find!
