Vintage satchel, Madison or Baxter....

which is your favorite and why? I've been contemplating a purchase of a vintage satchel and think one of these 2 styles may be a good option. If there is another option that I'm not aware of then please let me know, I'm open to suggestions

If you own one or the other (or both) I would love to hear your pros and cons of these 2 bags. I'm looking for a medium size satchel for everyday use. A shoulder strap is a plus but not necessary.

I have and been using pretty much non stop the Madison remake, for me it's ideal.. but is is smaller so if anyone requires more spacious designs it may not be for them.

Mine is the smaller version, so no shoulder strap either, but since i cannot use that it's not an issue for me.

I love Baxter but I had to sell mine because the handles will not fit over my forearm. They are very small and rigid, so, hand carry or shoulder strap only.

I'm worried about those Baxter handles too....I'm considering one of these.....
