Vintage Manhattan PM at Dillards, good price?

I’ve always loved this bag, but have never found it in decent condition. Today we saw one in Dillard’s, awesome condition for $1095 including tax. They also hade a Speedy 25 for $750. Are those decent prices? TY for any info
My phone & I aren’t getting along today That Was supposed to say I saw a Manhattan p.m., the vintage one today at Dillards for $1095. The speedy and the Manhattan p.m. where in excellent condition.

Those are not good prices especially if you compare to yoogiscloset. fashionphile and ebay.
