Hi,
Just acquired this bag from the lightweight collection. It is in very good condition, no stains or ink visible but sadly out of shape. Beautiful burgandy, merlot color. Should I dunk it or just try and clean with cleaner and condition with black rock? If I stuff it with paper or cloth will it reshape? By the way do you know the name of this bag? It is before style numbers.
Thanks

You can dunk it but don't use hot water. These tend to fade easily. It looks like it is probably a Lightweights Shoulder bag #4050 if it matches this description. The color was called wine.

Yes, that is it. Thank you. I have worked on it with conditioner, cleaner and color does come off on the rag, slightly. It is definatly dirty but looks better already. I do not want to lose too much color so am going to pad it up and see if it will reshape before I go the other route. It is buttery soft and I am loving it! Will need to polish up the brass and I think it will be good to go! 2015 color of the year is Merlot! :D
