Vintage Gucci purse repair

I have recently purchased a vintage Gucci purse and the strap broke with the first wearing. I got it repaired locally, however I’m not happy with the repair and need to explore a more professional repair/replacement job. Any suggestions of a qualified Gucci repair shop?

Are you in the US? Rago brothers in Morristown, NJ. They have a mail in service will quote for free. Im not affiliated with them. I read about them years ago in New York Times. Many high end designers use them. I’ve even heard my local LV store recommend them and I’ve used them for Gucci and other items. Good luck.
