Vintage Fendi baguette strap

Hello ladies! I purchased a vintage baguette with no strap - I was wondering what would be the most cost effective place to have a leather strap created for me? I spoke to one of the fendi repair places and they quoted me $390 for the strap. Looking to spend about $100

There is a seller on Etsy named Maulto. She’s out of California. She makes all types of leather straps. I’ve ordered 2 from her. They arrive pretty quickly. The latest was for my pink baguette that was missing the handheld strap. It is different of course than the genuine Fendi strap but the color is almost identical and the leather is very nice quality. It was also very inexpensive.

omg thats actually who I ordered from .. waiting on It to arrive. She made It the length I. requested 21" but already off to a bad start - she did 4 holes on each side when I asked for 3. Can you show me the final product of what yours look like! this is the bag I needed the strap for.. she didnt seem to have an "exact" match but hopefully close enough

I’ve been looking for a decent strap alternative too for a vintage Fendi I picked up recently, and $390 from Fendi felt steep. Curious to see how yours turned out. Looking forward to the photo when you get a chance!
