Vintage Coach Purse. Does anyone remember the style name?

Getting ready to list this on ebay and I always like to use the actual name of the style. Serial Number has no letter in it #041-0139 is on the patch inside. Also is this a Cashin Coach? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
