Videpoches Bag

Hi all, I just purchased the Mens Videpoches bag and didn't find a lot of info online about it so I thought it might be helpful to post some pictures in case anyone else was interested. I had asked my SA for a belt bag for travel, which he didn't have, but suggested the Men's Videpoches bag. The one I got is togo leather in the color mushroom with vert fizz / vert comics striped wooly strap. The strap is adjustable but not detachable. The opening has a little flap that folds over and snaps closed on the ends. The website says the size is L 27 x H 14 x D 4cm. He told me it also comes in gris etain, caban, noir, and indigo. The strap comes in solid and striped colors depending on the bag. It was $3400 USD.

I'm showing the bag next to my vert fizz k25 for color comparison. At first my SA was telling me the bag was vert fizz (the description said mushroom/vf/vc), and the mushroom kind of does have a slight greenish undertone to it, but next to my VF bag, it's obviously not green. I'm also showing it next to my K25 and mini jypsiere for size comparison. As far as how much it holds, it is in between the 2 bags. It also holds more than my TPM. I can easily fit a iphone pro Max, card holder, bastia, mints, tissues, lip gloss, sunglasses with a little more room on top.

I'm leaving in a couple days for a trip and plan on taking this little bag, so will post updates on how it held up. So far, I like it. I like the colorway and I like that the strap is adjustable so I can wear it long like a cross body or short like a chest or back sling. I also added my hippo charm just for fun since it has matching colors. Would love to see how others who have this bag style it!

Thank you! I did take it to Paris and it was the perfect travel bag! One of the non leather SAs at FSH even commented on it and thought it was cute. I have a few styles of non B/K bags, so as far as other cross body bags, it definitely holds more than a TPM, but is more casual I think than a mini Lindy or a Della cavalleria. Was there a specific bag you’re thinking of? I think a great use for this bag would be for travel or running errands, maybe even a not so rugged hike since you can wear it as a chest sling. I only brought this bag and my shadow clutch to Paris and it worked for every occasion except fancy dinners, and for those I used my clutch.

ETA: it also holds more than my mini Jypsiere.

Oh yes I think you can just walk in and get this! It was not hard at all and he seemed to have other colors available. I don’t think it’s very popular (yet) and it was pretty reasonably priced. I think if you’re looking for something with the same casual vibe as a TPM but holds more stuff, this would be a great choice… and easier to get than a TPM too!

I find the Kelly Elan to be a dressier bag and since it’s has “Kelly” in the name, will automatically be harder to get lol. I’m only interested in the Kelly Elan with feathers, so who knows if that will ever happen!

Oh thank you!! My bag is in togo leather, mushroom color. It has held up great, despite the light color! I have various bags in rotation, so this is not one that I reach for often, but it was very useful when I was on vacation in Paris! I think of this bag when I need something very casual and maybe need to hold a little bit more stuff for the day/outing. Hope that helps!

Sorry I missed the earlier togo comment in your post. Thank you for confirming. So glad to hear you have enjoyed it! My husband is looking to pick up this bag for me and wanted to see if you have enjoyed using it since like you said, there isn't much out there right now about this type of bag. Really appreciate it!
