Very special pearl necklace.

This is a gift from my grandmother. She gave it to me 2 days ago.. It was a gift she received during the 70's, from Mrs Andreadi , she was Banking & Shipping Heir Alexandros Andreadis's mother, he was married to Christina Onasis.

I was always admiring her pearl necklace and so she gave it to me.

It's very long necklace, when it is in 2 strands it reaches my belly button, and I can easily wear it in 3 strands.

Right now this color is not very fashionable, but I like it!

Just wanted to share my joy with you guys!

I guess you guys are right, it is not totally out of fashion, I think color in pearls is having a come back. I will wear my necklace a lot, I love pearls!

Beautiful! Pearls never go out of fashion - colour doesn't matter.

I have an emerald ring my Grandmother gave me for my wedding as my something old (it was her Grandmothers) - I love it just because it was hers.
