Love Vert Cypress!! I think that PHW will give you a more casual, modern look. I admit that I'm biased as I prefer PHW in almost everything and the pictures provided are exactly what I'm picturing when I think of a "more casual" Kelly. The gold/green combo feels very traditional, and has a more formal vibe. Keep us posted - so excited to see what you end up with!

My vote is phw, personal preference, I prefer warmer color with ghw and cooler with phw.
This isn’t kelly but here’s my 24/24 29 in VC Togo and swift 
with phw. Top part of the bag is in sunlight and bottom part is in shade.

I am a GHW person but I think that PHW makes this color more crisp. You can’t go wrong with either...GHW looks amazing on the pictures posted so just follow your heart!
Not that it matters because you know I universally prefer Gold over anything... but another vote for Gold sweety
