This is it with the straps as short as possible.

It also fits over the shoulder, but it's obviously a tighter fit.

I am new to the forum and have just purchased the Verona MM. I am in love with the shape but I have read reviews that said the pleats disappear over time. Since you've had yours for years, I thought I'd reach out to you. Please tell me your bag's shape has not changed. I really want to keep this bag!
