Tonight I made penne pasta with sauteed onions, broccolini, dried cherries and parmesan.

I have used dried cherries in salads before, but this was my first time in pasta. I was trying to recreate a dish I had in a restaurant years ago. I would do it again, as we both liked it. 
Taco Tuesday at home with banana bread for dessert.

Last night I roasted cherry tomatoes, broccolini and garlic and served it over orecchiette pasta.
This looks so good . Did you enjoy it? Was it hard to make? Did you add a little ice cream on top? I have always wanted to try a version of this, maybe with apples. I didn’t see your other meal until now — also delish, I love orecchiette pasta (so fun to eat!).

Thank you, my friend. We loved it and added a scoop of vanilla on top. I don't know why I've never made this before. I guess because I always make a berry cobbler and am a creature of habit. It was easy to make and I think it would be great with apples. I would google apple crisp or apple cobbler and you can choose a recipe with the best reviews. That is what I did.This looks so good
