Last night's dinner; endive and arugula salad with avocado, orecchiette with sun dried tomatoes and asparagus in a gorgonzola cream sauce and for dessert we shared the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake. It was a wonderful meal.

After a busy week, I was craving pasta and pj's; so I made this simple marinara last night for our dinner.

It looks simply delicious DM (especially with all that garlic or cheese on top ). I always crave pasta (too much for my own good, lol)

Thank you, IM. It was quite satisfying and that was Romano cheese on top. I could eat pasta everyday.

Last night we had a very fun dinner out. We ordered 4 appetizers that were all delicious (avocado toast topped with cilantro, spaghetti squash in Moroccan spices with almonds, burrata in a tomato tapenade and roasted cauliflower), a pizza with brie, truffles and mustard greens, as well as two decadent desserts; baked Alaska with pumpkin spice gelato and an apple souffle.

Tonight I made a nourishing 3 bean (black, pinto and red kidney) chili for dinner.

This chili of yours sounds like the perfect Sunday dinner . And everything you had at your fun dinner last night looked fantastic. But let’s talk about that baked Alaska — wow, and with pumpkin spice gelato too? Yum. I have only had baked Alaska a couple of times when I went on cruises years (eons, lol) ago. I don’t think I have seen it on a menu anywhere else.
