Does anyone know what’s going on with the VCA website? Ever since the update, everything is “inquire by phone” and doesn’t show prices. Is this permanent? There’s no VCA where I live, so it’s frustrating.

I wonder if they are getting rid of ability to just add to cartWhen I type in the website directly, it often goes to a site that doesn’t show prices (has always done this for me), but if I Google “Van Cleef” and scroll to their website that lists categories, I’m able to see the prices.

Have you tried clearing your browser's history and cookies/caches? Or maybe you're on VPN? Usually the VCA website can recognize your region right away based on your IP address and adjust the pricing and stock availability accordingly, you'd see the URL changed from just https://www.vancleefarpels.com to something like https://www.vancleefarpels.com/us/en/.... just for example. It's quite rare and unusual that you can browse the international website without updating the region though.I see- if I get to the website using your trick, I can add to cart.
