VCA sweet earstuds - advice needed

Hello everyone, I just received my order for the sweet earstuds in MOP. I live in a city without a store so I had to order to try them. For background I am 26 and work an office job (so want my jewellery to fit with that lifestyle)
They came and looked very pretty in the box and also pretty on the ears. I guess my question is are they too small and lacking substance? Hubby says he likes them but I'm not too sure about them. Tbh I wanted the mini frivole pendant but it is currently out of stock without any set date for restock...Any advice? Should I return and search for a different item? If so what item? My budget is pretty much upto the cost of the sweet earstuds.Thanks! I have attached some photos in different lights. Sorry I am very bad at earring mod shots

Hi! Sweets is very small, the line was originally made for kids. If you are doubting it now at 26, you will definitely not like them when you are say, 30. I personally think they are tiny and don't make an impact. You can barely see them. How about saving a bit more and getting the Vintage size? It's a classic size, and you can add to your collection say, a pendant, bracelet, etc.

If Vintage is too big for you now, I would wait and get the Frivole mini pendant.
I personally don't think you will be happy with Sweets and you are already questioning it now.
These pieces are expensive and it should be love at first sight.

I'm 28 and I would only purchase the sweets for my second piercing. They look beautiful stacked with other earrings. I do think it's a little small just by themselves, and you have a lot of earlobe space (which I love, great for multiple piercings haha!), but makes the sweets look less substantial.

I agree that sweets are best to stack with other earrings and may lack impact on their own. Here’s how I’m wearing my onyx sweets as an alternative to my diamond studs. HTH!

It sounds like you bought the earrings because the pendant isn't available. You should return them and wait for what you really want.

For what it's worth, I prefer small studs for myself for daily wear and I think these earrings would be great for someone like me, but it sounds like they're not what you like for yourself.

I voted for return for the only reason that your post suggests you do not love them and wanted something else. I am not a big fan of the sweets but I do think the onyx sweets pack a beautiful punch. I see many woman sporting them where I live and they are great option at the price point.

I love my sweets and wear them like lexlv shows, with other earrings. And are great for easy everyday wear. However, it doesn’t seem like you really wanted them to begin with so I think you should return them and wait for the necklace you really want.

Hello everyone. Thann you so much for your advice! I ended up returning the sweets. For that price they didn't make my heart sing so it was the best decision for me!
I ended up getting the Chopard happy diamonds ear pins in yellow gold. The diamond is free floating which I love personally - makes it quite whimsical I think. But I hope to try on the full size alhambra collection, possibly in onyx in the future!
