Do stand-alone VCA boutiques and VCAs inside of Neiman Marcus offer the same products/inventory and services? Are the employees at VCA inside of NM, actual VCA employees and knowledgeable about products? Just wondering if one is better than the other to shop at, do repairs, etc. Also, do purchases from the stand-alone boutiques show up in the system of a NM VCA? Thanks!

yes, they are all VCA employees with the same knowledge.
In regards to inventory I think it changes from store to store. I was at the opening of the VCA at NM in Hawaii and they had a lot of harder to find pieces.
The regional manager was there and he helped me with my purchase so he showed me some earrings that are usually harder to find and mentioned they ordered specific pieces for their opening.

I am not sure I have the right info but I think purchase history is store based and I am not sure if purchasing at NM has more benefits if you use the NM credit card. Maybe someone here would know

I was told by the nyc boutique that they did not have my purchase from short hills in their system; even though short hills vca had sent my piece to nyc for adjustment. The boutique in short hills is a stand alone boutique, but somehow not connected to the main vca stores .
If it needs servicing in the future, I'm not sure who would take care of that.

I tried to get the rg pave earrings from neimans vca but they were unable to get them for me. my vca sa was able to order them for me pretty easily, waited 2 months for them.
I thought they recently merged systems, I think vca can now see recent nm purchases but not distant ones.
