VCA or Chaumet pendant necklace

Hi all, my birthday is coming up and I’m deciding between the VCA Alhambra and the Chaumet Jeux de Liens Harmony necklace. Which one do you think is classier, more chic, and/or more timeless and better quality?
I cannot go see the Chaumet in person unfortunately but I’ve tried on the VCA. Does anyone own a pendant necklace from Chaumet and how do you like it?

I like Chaumet, but prefer the VCA between these options.

Of these two, I think the VCA is more timeless. The Chaumet is cute, though it looks like it may be more lightweight.

Have you checked out the Ode to Chaumet thread? I think the chaumet is super unique but don’t like how they don’t have a US store for any issues. Chaumet thread

Depends if you are going for uniqueness or dont mind something which may be more "common".. i dont like to say this but i feel the VCA alhambra pendants are just getting too cmmon and so i dont buy it. Dont get me wrong , i have a lot of alhambra pieces myself but i go for eg. 10 motifs in chalcedony or i go for pave onyx mix - which to me is less common

I love chaumet, but if you're unable to try it on I wouldn't not buy it. You can never know what shade of mop you'll receive. I think pieces with natural variations need to picked by you out of several options to make sure you're happy with your choice. I have this Alhambra pendant and I love it, it really pops on my skin and gives a nice glow. But I agree that is very common nowadays, I don't care about how many people are wearing the same piece around me, but if you do that's something to think about.

I have both and I love both.
You have to try it both in person to pick. I have this chaumet pendant in both black and white but as much as I love it - it’s about trying and seeing how it looks on you

Don’t spend this much amount of money on something you haven’t tried on.
