Hi all, I'll be going to Singapore next month for a month, can someone share your insight if SG store carries sweet alhambra and how much is it? Looking for a present for myself :)

Hello all, I'm not sure if this thread has been started. I recently placed a deposit for a 5 motif bracelet at the ion outlet and I have been reading bad reviews about the service. I did not go down to place a deposit. I placed it via WhatsApp as I wanted to schedule an appointment but the SA informed me of the price increase and asked me to make a deposit to secure the price before increment. Is it now possible to change my store to mbs or taka?

Sorry, I don't quite understand what you were trying to say. So in the end, did you or did you not make any deposit payment with the Store? And from what you described, you wanted to change SA just because the current SA told you about making deposit/ imminent price increase?

If you mean to say that you’ve already placed the deposit but wish to pick up your piece with a different SA at a different boutique location I don’t think you’ll be able to do this, especially if you’ve already secured the old pricing at Ion. From my understanding each boutique gets their own commission off of sales so I don’t see why they would give a partially paid item to a different boutique; it’s also very messy accounting wise. Even if you had paid for the item in full I imagine it would be incredibly rude to tell them to transfer the item to a different boutique without a really good reason… Singapore being so small I don’t think you would get away with saying “that boutique is closer to my home” (the 2 boutiques are 15min away from MBS and Taka & Ion are literally almost connected) but you could try your luck and see what they say.

The only real way to switch SAs would be for future purchases. In the US they allow you to cancel deposits for 100% refund but I’m not sure if Singapore now has the same policy; if they do you would be able to cancel the deposit and just purchase your item at a different location but it would have to be at the new higher price.

I would say keep your deposit and try giving the Ion boutique and your SA a real chance before you write them off completely, anyways it’s only one purchase and if you don’t like the location or service you may choose the other locations for future purchases. They will also have history of your past purchases so no issues there.

I might be wrong. There is no need to stick to the same SA. If you don't like the current SA, perhaps you can walk in next time and let another SA help you?

I searched “VCA Singapore” and this is the only one that pops out. Hope it’s the right thread to ask.

How much does the store charge here for shortening of the bracelet? I’ve done once on the spot when I purchased at the store (sweet Alhambra) and of course that’s foc. But now for another brand new bracelet (vintage) but safe keep for just over a year, what would be the fee?

Thank you!
Makes me wonder why I didn’t think of searching this in its website lol.
Haha because I sent my cartier necklace to lengthen once then after lengthening I found it too long so I searched up services then reckoned maybe VCA also puts the services on website and there it is. It may be over a year but no harm asking if they would do it complimentary.

Hello! I am excited to be travelling back to Hong Kong and Singapore in February (we lived in both ages ago). I have an appointment lined up in Hong Kong, but am struggling with how to best approach Singapore. The contact from my SA isn't responding, and all online appointments are pretty late in the day. If I were to show up at one of the boutiques when they open, would I be able to see someone? Which is the main/flagship boutique for Singapore - ION, Takashimaya/Ngee Ann City, or MBS? Which tends to have the most inventory and/or is the most pleasant shopping experience? Are there any items for sale in the Raffles boutique, or is just for the special exhibitions? I will try to book tickets for the exhibition online. Thanks for any and all advice :-)
