Vca in dubai

I recently purchased a 5 motif bracelet at the vca boutique in dubai mall but wanted to know if ill be able to get it serviced in the US? The SA seemed unsure. Im worried though bc i will definitely need to lengthen it

Yes you can. They can run the serial number in the system. I’ve brought in pieces I’ve purchased overseas to be serviced in the US boutique. Very easy & smooth process.

I bought a 5 motif onyx alhambra bracelet and after the (very low) tax refund it came out to $4230. So i basically saved tax (as compared to the US). I was in paris in December and they didnt have any in stock anywhere . They also didnt have any in stock at my local boutique so thats more the reason i did it
