Travel VAT refund and Early flight?

I wonder if anyone here has experiences in getting VAT refund when you have an early flight? I'm planning on getting some Chanel goodies in Nice, France, but my outward flight is 8am in the morning. Does anyone know when the VAT stamp counter in Nice airport opens? WIll I be able to get my refund under such circumstances?

my flights are usually at 11pm in paris and I never had a problem doing "after business hours" HTH
