I hope you can answer this one. I am going to the south of France in late August. I will only be staying for 5 nights. I would love to buy a VCA sweet Alambra bracelet with 6 motif. Do you know if the store can adjust the length in the store when I am buying it? Since I cant wait for 2 weeks

If the store can’t adjust it in time, you can bring it back to your home store on your return to make the adjustment. I bought a couple of pieces in Paris that needed adjusting and just dropped it off to my home store in New York for adjustment. Just remember to do it within the free period (within one year) and to bring the authenticity cert and invoice with you.

If they cannot size it immediately, ask if they could mail it to you? Typically within country I know stores do, however, I cannot speak for all stores worldwide and do not know the practices in France. I am pretty sure they will as I know some people who have had things shipped from abroad.

Hi Karianne, they did it for me the same day at place Vendome. Just like you, I do not have a VCA store in my country and I explained this before I went to pick up the bracelet. They did the service within a few hours. If they cannot do it, you can contact VCA online boutique and they send you a shipping label and they do the adjustment free of charge within the 1 year frame.

I actually just did this with a 5 motif bracelet. Bought it in Paris, got it resized in Chicago. There's no cost for resizing if you get it done within a year of purchase. It took the Chicago store between 2-3 weeks to get it back to me. You'll have to go to the store to drop it off, and you can pick up in person, but they also offer free shipping to return the bracelet.

Place Vendôme actually has a workshop in Paris so they should be aable to make any adjustments quickly 😉
