Van cleef guilloche motif replacements?

Hi guys - I’m starting to notice a small hairline scratch on one of the motifs on my 10 motif yellow gold guilloche necklace from Van cleef. It doesn’t bother me as it’s at the back but for future reference does anyone one know if VCA will replace just one motif at a cost?

No, I decided not to replace as I can’t even find the scratch anymore and my necklace is brand new, only worn a handful of times. But I did call to inquire and they said they’d need to assess in person to determine cost, and they’d recommend I just get it cleaned and polished first to see if it was really that visible.
