I've never seen this kind of thing in the UK on any high end shoes. Maybe I was just lucky to not see such destruction. Who knows. Sucks though.

There is no reason to feel stupid asking a question. A lot of people didn't know what they were. Anytime you aren't sure of something, just ask! :flowers:

UPDATE: I did not end up winning the shoes. I just didnt feel comfortable dropping a couple hundred dollars without knowing how my handywork would turn out. I feel better b/c i know if i would have got them, and they couldnt be fixed/camouflaged well, id never want to wear them!

I've never seen that before! CL do not deserve that punishment just because they were sent to an outlet... Poor babies :shucks:
I think I agree with Bella idea, since they are made of wood...
