I just want to share the results of using leather conditioner on the veg tan leather. On Thursday, I saw the back of my bag was super scratched up! I think it may have been my cardigan buttons rubbing up against it. My boyfriend looked at me in half sympathy and half amusement as I ranted about it hahaha
I've heard of leather conditioner helping with scratches so as soon as I got home, I applied Bick 4 (what I use on all my bags) and buffed it in in a circular motion. I put on 3 coats, it left a slightly darker spot (which wasn't a big deal for me as I thought it'll all blend in as the camello continue to patina) but it eventually dried and blended in.
sorry lighting wasn't very good indoors
It's been a few days now and it's definitely not as noticeable unless you look very closely. I just found a few light scratches on the front today... This bag is sensitive! But I think it'll give it a nice worn in look after a while, I'm excited for it. I think this is actually the perfect bag for me since I'm such a klutz
