Can someone help me figure out the original love bracelet in yellow gold price difference between UK and USA? I am in Texas where the tax is 8.25%. With taxes and VAT, I’m having a hard time figuring out price difference. Thank you all for your help!

You may still owe the sales (use) tax in Texas so I wouldn't completely remove that figure from the equation. Check this link:

UK no longer offers VAT back. i was just there and ordered Georg Jensen bc the store closed in NY). But, I had decided to do most of my personal shopping — in my case, Hermes, not Cartier — in Paris). I was told it was due to Brexit

however if you do shop abroad, you are still supposed to declare upon entering the US. Upon declaration, US Customs may just let you through, but it is not guaranteed (officially, both customs and state tax may be applied)
