US to Japan - which designer brands are cheaper in Japan?

Interested to know which designer brands are cheaper to buy in Japan? I know there's tax back but are there any specific stores with lesser pricing?

I was looking at Loewe and it seems like the pricing is harmonized and there's not much of a savings there other than tax.

I don’t know about luxury goods, but I do know that art supplies; brands such as Copic and Turner and Holbein are much cheaper over there.
