US Purchasing in Europe?

Forgive me if this is an obvious question but i'm not at all familiar with hermes. Can someone who lives in the US purchase items from europe boutiques? I don't want a bag, just an exotic bracelet. If I can purchase from europe, does anyone have the emails for the boutiques?

From what I understand - most stores in Europe don't ship out of the EU. The ones who do, will not do so unless they know you.
